At Kora, we are constantly looking for ways to improve your experience and provide you with faster, more efficient support.
To streamline how we handle your inquiries, we are consolidating our support channels into a single, dedicated Help Center.
What is Changing?Transition to Zendesk: We are moving our support ticketing system from Jira to Zendesk. This will allow our team to track, manage, and resolve your issues much more effectively.
New Account Invitation: If you currently use Jira to log issues, you will receive an automated email invitation to activate your new Zendesk account by next week (The team will be informed once this is sent). Please follow the instructions in that email to set up your login credentials.
How to Get Support Moving Forward
Going forward, we kindly ask that you raise all technical issues, inquiries, and support requests directly through our Help Center.
Not yet on Jira/Zendesk? If you don't have an active support account with us yet, you can share your teams emails so a profile can be created for you to enable you submit your requests by visiting our Korapay Support Request Form.

By centralizing our communication on Zendesk, we can ensure quicker response times, better visibility into your ticket history, and a smoother overall support experience for your team.
